What material are your shirts?
Our tee shirts and long sleeve shirts are made from 100% Pre-Shrunk Cotton. Our Hoodies are made from a 50/50 Polyester/Cotton blend.
Do your shirts run small or large?
If anything our tee shirts run a little smaller than normal, so you may want to order a size up!
How long does it take to get my shirt?
At Shopzilly we print every shirt when you order it, so you don't have to worry about us pulling some shirt off of some dusty shelf in a warehouse somewhere! Please allow 3-7 days for printing (depending on current volume), and 3-5 days for delivery via USPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
As of now we ship all of our products vis USPS priority mail. We do not currently have an option for expedited/overnight shipping. Free Standard U.S. Shipping on all orders over $45.00!
Where is my shirt?
After we print your shirt and it has been packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received an email within the printing time frame, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, as sometimes your inbox may place us in a spam folder.
You can also always check the status of your order here, simply put in the email you used to order, and the order number (5-6 digit number) you received when ordering, and you will see the status of your order. If you still need help...
